Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this thesis is to analyze the ruling on action extraordinary protection proposed by the Bank of Guayaquil, by not accepting the resolution in favor of the plaintiff issued by the Court of Criminal Guarantees First of Pichincha in the first instance and by the First Specialized Chamber of the Criminal of the Provincial Court of Justice of Pichincha in second instance, in linkage with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 16. Goal 16 is focuses on achieving peace, justice and solid institutions, facilitating access to citizens to quality justice, who propose free and efficient assistance in all sectors. With this research, we seek to contribute to citizens so that learn a little more about the SDGs, their goals, projects, to achieve the objective signatory countries until 2030. To understand what the SDGs are, introduce doctrine of several authors and corresponding regulations of protected rights, Effective judicial, participation and communication. A critical and legal analysis is carried out the Constitutional sentence of the crime of habeas data action.
