Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this Curricular Integration Work is to probe the inclinations of the Law student regarding his academic preferences, and analyze certain social problems through the study and linking of judicial rulings with the Sustainable Development Goals, which seek eradicate poverty and lead society to a more prosperous and sustainable future, harmonizing environmental, economic and social sustainability. In this sense, it selects the subject of Human Rights and links it to the sentence of the case of López Soto and Others vs. Venezuela issued by the Inter-American Court of Rights Human Rights and Sustainable Development Goal No. 5, which protects the right to gender equality, with violence and inequality as the main problem perpetuated against women, so that their main antecedents and consequences.
