Abstract

Abstract: This degree work is based on a research analysis of the academic preferences of Law School students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); the same one that is given through the study of sentences, in this case with a criminal scope. The extensive study will be seen supported by current regulations, laws that govern the State starting from the Constitution, criteria and agreements, agreements between countries stipulated by the United Nations Organization, among others; which allows having instruments appropriate for the resolution of the sentence and thereby favor the analysis that links with the sustainable development goals. As students of the career of right, it is essential to analyze and link characteristics and criteria that are assessed with the development objectives, reviewing whether or not there is a violation of rights in the case that is presented as established by the United Nations Organization United Nations (UN), whether the ruling is in favor or against, much depends on the causes, the institutions of Justice and the defense that it proposes on the legal basis on which supports this sentencing case.
