Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of reconstruction and 3D tour strengthening and stimulating the conservation of heritage buildings, For this reason, the Juárez Beltrán home, which has characteristics of the republican stage and built during the 20th century, belonging to the historic center, which has had modifications due to factors of particular interest and the non-observance of genuineness, conservation and reconstruction. Therefore, the need to develop a spatial historical type analysis to reconstruct using tools digital and/or software hypothetically the original home and know it through the 3D tour, taking advantage of the efficient and functional analysis potential of this type of tools, allowing the heritage memory of the inhabitants to be strengthened and leaving precedents, treasuring the visual characteristics in a stealthy and meticulous way, the same ones that will contribute to the collective construction of knowledge for future generations.
