Abstract: Within this work, the analysis of ruling 205-2022 has been carried out, which in its content addresses the issue of divorce, which of it; and regarding Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, they have a certain relationship, in turn within the analysis carried out, the violated rights are included in reference to Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which refers to peace, security, and solid institutions. In this research project it has been necessary to analyze the current situation that Ecuador is experiencing in terms of peace and security. Without a doubt, the analysis is profound, since it is no secret that today there is a high rate of insecurity, which leads to society to find itself in anxiety and uncertainty. At the same time, taking into account that the institutions have not made an effort to stop this crisis, rather they have gone hand in hand with corruption, which results in Ecuador wearing itself out, giving less importance to the rights of which it so values. proclaims the Constitution. Without a doubt, analyzing international objectives will help future professionals to take importance in topics of such interest as peace and security.
