Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this degree work is to analyze critically and legally the Judgment in Constitutional matters, of an action for Non-Compliance with Judgment issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in connection with the Objective of Sustainable Development (SDG) No 16. Goal 16 seeks to achieve peace, justice and solid institutions. All people have the right to access quality justice, justice free, which responds to the principles of speed and immediacy, respecting the rights and guarantees recognized in the Constitution. With this timely investigation We want to ensure that all people have knowledge about the meaning of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), their projects within the agenda until the year 2030 of the signatory countries that includes Ecuador. In this investigative work, doctrinal references from several authors will be mentioned. and national and international regulations on the protected rights of Access to Quality Justice and the right to Effective Judicial Protection.
