Abstract

Abstract: Presenting in summary the contribution of this research work that seeks to determine the academic preferences of Law students, it presents the necessary guidelines to direct the future specialty in which lawyers in training can practice the profession, considering their subject of preference and based on it determine the work environment in which they want to develop. Future lawyers are allowed to work on what they are truly passionate about, which consequently will allow them to demonstrate a true vocation for their work, better serving the community to which they belong. Another form of contribution of this work is to serve as a means of consultation for students, professionals and the general public on the application of the law in the sentences analyzed. Likewise, another contribution is a reference to the fact of the due application by the judges in the resolutions issued, which entails the strengthening of citizen confidence in the administration of Justice when said sentences comply with all the legal requirements and at the same time lead to achieve the expected justice.
