Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation was carried out in order to be able to know the most important factors important aspects that come together in the graduate of the University's law degree Loja Particular Technique, to develop preferences for specific areas of the Legal Sciences, it was demonstrated that this university through knowledge and methodological strategies taught by teachers, carry out an educational process appropriate, therefore, within this investigative work, an analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals created by the United Nations Organization, with the goal that in the year 2030 we will be in the presence of a more just world, and that we can solve many of the world's conflicts. Likewise, the research carries out a deep analysis of SDG No. 16 entitled peace, justice and strong institutions, linking a ruling from the Constitutional Court, in order to demonstrate whether in Ecuador there are solid justice institutions that meet this objective, as a methodology was used the deductive theory applied in a socio-legal nature.
