Abstract

Abstract: This research work develops the topic of digital skills and their relationship with teaching innovation. Its objective is the analysis and relationship between the competition digital and teacher innovation. It was carried out using a deductive approach and a route quantitative methodological, was applied in a single public institution of basic education Vicente Rocafuerte, Pasaje canton, El Oro province, where the teachers who work collaborated in the present study. To carry out the sample, the tool of questionnaire, subsequently the analysis was carried out and the conclusion was reached that with respect to to the relationship between digital competence and teaching innovation, it is evident that teachers Before making use of technological tools, they make use of the competition to be trained autonomously and in the same way through your institution to strengthening new innovative strategies, demonstrating that the relationship is important for the contribution of teacher training. In the face of both digital and teacher training as an innovator, it is recommended to carry out a training plan for teachers, to virtual classes.
