Abstract

Abstract: The research Factors that influence high school students' English oral communication skills in Ecuadorian face-to-face learning environments study carried out in an Educational Unit in the province of Pastaza, in the year 2022-2023, whose general objective is to determine the factors that have the greatest influence on the oral communication skills in English of high school students in Ecuadorian face-to-face learning environments, worked with forty students first year of high school and a teacher. Using the mixed method of research, with the technique of interview, observation and survey. From the data that The analysis of results showed that linguistic factors such as lack of knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and inference of the native language, and Emotional factors such as fear, lack of confidence, and anxiety have greater interference in the oral communication of high school students in face-to-face learning environments.
