Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this integration work is to expose the Academic Preferences of Law students and their connection with the Development Goals Sustainable Development (SDG) through the study of sentences . In this case, Civil Law is a branch of law that focuses on regulating legal relationships between individuals, including aspects such as contract, property, inheritance and other personal and legal rights patrimonial. This matter seeks to establish a legal framework that protects the rights and individual freedoms in the private sphere. In the context of the Development Goals Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Civil Law is related to SDG number 16, which seeks to promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies, and guarantee access to justice for all. The JUDGMENT No. 047-18-SEP-CC of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador violates SDG 16 by not guaranteeing access to justice for the affected person, since they have not taken into account their rights have not been taken into account nor has adequate due process protection been provided in the guarantee of being judged in compliance with the procedures inherent to each procedure, and to the legal certainty, contained in articles 76 paragraph 3, and 82 of the Constitution of the Republic, respectively.
