Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to determine the function of the Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDG), presented by the United Nations Organization in the year 2015, where the 2030 Agenda is approved. Within this project, we can observe which is made up of 17 SDGs and will be the main focus on the Sustainable Development Goal number 3 and 16, which consists of peace, justice and solid institutions, in which it is directed to ensure compliance with the protected rights that are at risk within Human Rights, such as access to non-information, violation of the rights to legal capacity and judicial protection. Within the Ecuadorian territory, the study will be carried out of how these policies are applied to improve the quality of life of patients who suffer from said disease classified as disability, whose focus is to eradicate said diseases. irregularities for good access to justice. Future lawyers must be adaptable and versatile, able to apply their knowledge in different areas of law to address changing global challenges.
