These rights are supported by different international and national tools that seek ways to guarantee the world, justice and respect for human rights, so that The United Nations tries to guarantee this through the Sustainable Development Goals. (SDG), goal No. 16 includes peace, justice and strong institutions that have direct relations with human rights, so this is the main topic in the research as part of the Academic preferences of the graduates of the UTPL, thus analyzing its laws, achievements and objectives in accordance with the SDGs, for this For this purpose, investigations and legal tests have been implemented with the method exegetical; Activation method, verification of the sentence issued and investigated by the court of Ecuador through which the judicial system and our constitution on the function of protecting the rights that are determined in the regulations internal and international transactions. |
| Description: | Resumen: Según la Constitución garantiza el derecho a la paz y justicia. Estos derechos están respaldados por diferentes herramientas internacionales y nacionales que buscan formas de garantizar el mundo, la justicia y el respeto por los derechos humanos, de modo que las Naciones Unidas tratan de garantizar esto a través de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), el objetivo N°16 incluye la paz, la justicia y las instituciones sólidas que tienen relaciones directas con los derechos humanos, por lo que este es el tema principal en la investigación como parte de las preferencias Académicas de los graduados de la UTPL, analizando así sus leyes, logros y objetivos de acuerdo con los ODS, para este propósito se han implementado investigaciones y pruebas legales con el método exegético; Método de activación, verificación de la sentencia emitida e investigada por el tribunal de Ecuador a través de la cual se puede determinar el sistema judicial y nuestra constitución sobre la función de proteger los derecho que se determinan en las regulaciones internas y las transacciones internacionales. |
