Abstract

Abstract: This research work is aimed at talking about Socio-emotional development and inclusive education in children from 4 to 5 years of age , since its main objective is: Explain socio-emotional development in children's inclusive education preschool, for this, the educational institution Víctor Emilio Estrada in the city was investigated. from Gualaquiza. This work was developed based on the mixed methodological design and, making use of analytical, synthetic and statistical methods, which served as support to go developing the research. In addition, techniques were applied such as: a questionnaire to the 5 parents, semi-structured interview with the nursery school teacher and direct observation of the 5 children investigated; These processes allowed us to conclude that the importance of the emotional development in children, however, parents carry out actions that they reinforce behavior classified as negative; and, that inclusive education is very positive to embrace diversity, but unfortunately, teachers cannot exercise it for the lack of resources.
