Abstract: In this work, important jurisprudential precedents given by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, where I allow myself to specifically analyze the sentence of January 6, 2016, signed with No. 001-16-SEP-CC. In this ruling, we We are faced with an extraordinary protection action presented by Mrs. Hilda Rebeca Jácome, who initiated a process pursued by herself for the crime of perjury, in where Mrs. Hilda Rebeca Jácome presents this action against the First Chamber of Criminal Guarantees of the Provincial Court of Justice of Pichincha, alleging that violated the rights to judicial protection, due process, and legal security. These Rights are linked to Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, whose objectives and goals is to be able to achieve Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions .
