Abstract

Abstract: This work aims to know the areas of legal knowledge preferred by the student and identify its significance and application in the workplace and its contribution to the compliance with the SDGs. The aim is to know if this study can contribute socially and legally to improve the skills of the future lawyer to build a society more fair and democratic. The research is of an exploratory-projective legal nature, the Techniques used are the recording and study of sentences, it was carried out online, resorting to the UTPL Virtual Learning Environment (EVA). The selected sentence is No. 1894- 10-JP/20, was issued by the Constitutional Court and analyzes violations of the right to equality and non-discrimination, the preferred subject is Human Rights and Law Constitutional and the linked SDG is No. 5. The first chapter talks about the 2030 Agenda and of SDG 5, its importance, progress and obstacles are analyzed and the ruling is studied chosen. The second talks about the methodology used, the third about the results obtained. and the fourth chapter is dedicated to the pertinent discussion.
