Abstract

Abstract: The present research has as reference the family-school relationship in boys and girls. 3 to 5 years, since it is important to plan and work together comprehensively in student favor; whose general objective was: Strengthen the family-school relationship in the initial education institutions specifically in the Fiscomisional Educational Unit to through innovative strategies that promote communication and participation. The The methodology used was mixed analytical, statistical and ethnographic; where Bibliographic and field techniques were applied for data collection, two instruments to the population under study consisting of 10 teachers and 10 parents of family; whose results were that the family must be an active part in all processes of their children's education, it is no longer just taking them and looking for them at school but getting involved in the internal and pedagogical actions of the school; In addition, teachers must engage and work collaboratively with the parents of their students, to promote cooperation between families and school.
