Abstract

Abstract: The present study addresses the family - school relationship in children from 3 to 5 years old in several schools located in the Piñas canton. The main objective of this research is to strengthen the family-school relationship in early education institutions through strategies innovative that promote communication and participation. The methodology used is mixed approach, the sample corresponds to 10 early education teachers from different institutions and 10 parents. Two questionnaires were used to collect data. called Family-school relationship in children from 3 to 5 years old in a version for teachers and parents, this instrument details the different dimensions that allowed identifying the strengths and areas for improvement. The study highlights the need to actively involve families in the education of their children, recognizing their fundamental role in the process educational. The findings and recommendations of the work contribute to enrich the understanding of the importance of family-school collaboration in early education, encouraging greater involvement and participation of both parties for the benefit of children.
