Abstract: Abstract: The sustainable use of biodiversity is key in countries like Ecuador, which It houses a very high biological richness. To do this, the starting point is to develop inventories that allow us to characterize specific places that are found in diverse ecosystems and at the same time threatened. For this reason, the present study was carried out on the Las Brisas farm, which is It is located in the Nangaritza canton (Zamora Chinchipe), on the shore of the river with the same name. Specific methodologies were used for each group of flora and fauna. Registered 11 species of amphibians, 6 reptiles, 65 of birds, 15 of mammals and 78 of plants, which indicates an important biological wealth of the place. Although it has not been possible to identify an element in particular at the species level, which can be used sustainably for tourism, The bird community is quite diverse and has the potential for the development of activities related to bird watching.
