| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this degree work was to study the sustainable development objective number 16 Peace, justice and solid institutions . Objective number 16 aims to main objective to guarantee the correct functioning of the different government agencies and satisfy the justice needs of the town and its inhabitants. An exhaustive study was carried out on the sentence, which was issued in July 2022. This has a connection directly with SDG 16 due to the nature of the sentence and how it refers to the correct functioning of the different criminal courts of Ecuador; and, in the same way the connection with access to justice for any person as a fundamental right and the correct development of rights regarding the innocence of the individual involved, In addition , this work constitutes a constructive criticism of the aforementioned ruling about a marriage process. Finally, the work links the most relevant part of the sentence with the corresponding specific objectives of the National Development Plan 2024-2025 of Ecuador. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como finalidad el estudio del objetivo de desarrollo sos-tenible número 16 Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas , El objetivo número 16 tiene como objetivo principal garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las diferentes instancias del gobierno y satisfacer las necesidades de justicia del pueblo y sus habitantes. Se realizó un estudio exhaustivo de la sentencia, que fue emitida en julio del 2022. Esta tiene una conexión directa con el ODS 16 debido a la naturaleza de la sentencia y cómo esta hace referencia al correcto funcionamiento de los diferentes tribunales penales del Ecuador; y, de igual manera la conexión con el acceso a la justicia para cualquier persona como derecho fundamental y el correcto desarrollo de derechos acerca de la inocencia del individuo involucrado, Además , este trabajo se constituye en una crítica constructiva a la sentencia mencionada acerca de un proceso de casación. Para finalizar, el trabajo vincula lo más relevante de la sentencia con los objetivos específicos correspondientes del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2024-2025 de Ecuador. |
