Abstract: The purpose of this research work called Project: Academic preferences of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, is to analyze sentence No. 375-17. -SEP-CC, whose controversy revolves around the subject Constitutional Law, which will be related to the right that seeks to be protected in SDG number 3 of the Sustainable Development Goals, for this investigation reference is made to a legal problem of the right to due process, in the guarantee of motivation provided for in article 76 numeral 7 literal 1) of the Constitution; and by connection, the rights to a good life, specifically the right to work recognized in article 326 paragraphs 2 and 3, and the right to health provided for in article 32 of the Supreme Standard. The Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 Health and Wellbeing will be the object of study, in the aspects of its importance, the analysis of the selected SDG according to the selected subject, the doctrinal or conceptual references on the rights protected by the selected SDG. and the legal references of international, constitutional, legal, and regulatory instruments on the rights protected by the selected SDG.
