Abstract

Abstract: This Degree Project is called Academic preferences of students of the Law Career and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences ; based on the Sustainable Development Goal No. 3, entitled Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all in all ages", for which the ruling issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights is studied. human rights called CASE BRÍTEZ ARCE AND OTHERS VS. ARGENTINA , where develops the primary and special duty of states, to guarantee the health of women pregnant, including postpartum. The investigation of legal norms, doctrinal references, and, my personal criteria, was carried out linked to the proposed research, with the help of different reflective methods, systematic, critical and creative, we can conclude together with the analysis of the sentence and the investigative criteria for SDG No. 3, and its compliance in the Republic of Ecuador, that is, access to a health system for pregnant women to guarantee their timely care at all stages.
