Abstract

Abstract: The relationship between a labor sentence and the Development Goals is examined Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), focusing on Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. TO Through the analysis of judicial sentences and the review of legal literature, we investigate How the implementation of the SDGs influences the promotion of peace, justice and strength institutional in labor and social contexts. The importance of strengthening the labor institutions to ensure effective governance, especially in crisis situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The relevance of understanding is highlighted how legal decisions contribute to the achievement of the SDGs, focusing on protection of human rights, the fight against corruption and the promotion of transparency. The need to strengthen trust in institutions is emphasized government to consolidate a just and equitable society.
