Abstract

Abstract: The present Curricular Integration Work was directly linked to the Sustainable Development Goals N°16, in view of the analysis of Ruling No. 733-18-EP/22 issued by the Constitutional Court in the plenary session of its exercise. The Sustainable Development Goal N°16 was based on the reason of promoting the rights to good Public Administration and effective judicial protection, in the strengthening of solid, stronger and more transparent institutions. In the analysis of Judgment No. 733-18-EP/22, the extraordinary action of protection is accepted and declares the violation of the right to due process of motivation, before a conviction in second instance, action that proceeded for not having an effective remedy to review the sentence, implicitly linked to Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 to the protection of the rights of guardianship. The present work of Curricular Integration relates the subject of preference, with the rights protected by the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, specifically the right to effective judicial protection, the right to good public administration and the rights violated in the sentence.
