Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The present work of Curricular Integration is a study of the sentence related to Sustainable Development Goal Nº16 "Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions" from the perspective of the subject of Civil Law, through which the compliance of said goal by the State was analyzed and guaranteed in accordance with the regulations and fundamental principles of human rights. In the binding Ruling No. 005-18-SEP-CC, the plenary of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador accepted an extraordinary action of protection related to a civil process followed for the alleged violation of the constitutional rights to legal certainty and due process in the Effective Judicial guarantee. Through this analysis the academic preferences of the student in Civil Law and the field of his choice as a professional was determined. In summary, it is concluded that the work of Curricular Integration cautiously analyzes all the fundamental human rights affected in the sentence under the alignments of the Sustainable Development Goal Nº16, which guarantees the rights of Access to Quality Justice, Legal Security and Effective Judicial Protection.
