Abstract

Abstract: This paper is related to Labor Law, the Sustainable Development Goals and the court ruling, focusing on an in-depth analysis of a specific ruling issued by the Constitutional Court. The importance of ensuring respect for labour rights in the framework of the SDGs is highlighted, especially with regard to justice and strong institutions. Constitutional and legal provisions that support access to justice and the protection of workers' fundamental rights are mentioned. The study is based on an exhaustive review of the literature related to the subject, highlighting the relevance of addressing current challenges in a coordinated and sustainable manner. The background to the case, the arguments presented by the Court, the legal norms invoked and the resolution adopted are analyzed. In addition, trends, innovations and perspectives, as well as public policies to meet SDG 16 are explored. It offers a comprehensive view of the intersection between Labour Law, the SDGs and jurisprudence, highlighting the importance of promoting justice and strengthening institutions to achieve sustainable and equitable development.
