Abstract:This work carried out seeks to establish an analysis of the sustainable development objectives, through different types of research. Sentences related to the preference of each student, focusing the research on the analysis of each objective, emphasizing the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 that promotes peaceful, equitable and open to ensure sustainable development. This being the main object of study within the work, where the goals, doctrinal and legal references will be stated; and how This objective has influenced today's society. Furthermore, studying the selected sentence, comparing the ODS with Constitutional Law and the Constitutional Court. Pointing out the reasons why the career of law was chosen, through the approach of questions focused on student preferences and future job prospects. Finally, the progress and challenges arising from the Covid19 pandemic are examined, and national public policies that facilitate the achievement of the Goals are also considered. of Sustainable Development. With the purpose of strengthening responsible institutions, inclusive and effective at all levels, guaranteeing better access to justice for all and establishing transparent institutions both nationally and internationally.
