Abstract

Abstract: This work addresses the academic preferences of Law students at the Private Technical University of Loja, linking them with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), through the study of ruling No. 904-12- JP/19, which focuses in the analysis of the opinion issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, referring to SDG No. 3, with the purpose of guaranteeing a healthy life, access to essential health services and promoting well-being. All people of all ages have the human right to health; The present case refers to the violation of the rights recognized and protected in articles 32, 34, 43, 66.2, 66.3.a, 66.25, 363.3, 363.5, 363.6 and 365 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. Leaving a newborn at risk, along with his mother who were victims of a lack of priority attention in the city of Machala, you can see what the fight was like to achieve in a certain way he ODS and in a certain way justice for this mother and son.
