Abstract

Abstract: This research is related to the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, this SDG aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, facilitate access to justice for all people and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels, an objective that is related to the Judgment No. 1342-16-EP/21, which, through a protective action, declares the violation of the right to legal certainty, also examines the merits of the case, regarding the violation of the rights to legal security. 1342-16-EP/21, the same which, through an action for protection, declares the violation of the right to legal certainty, also examines the merits of the case, regarding the violation of the rights to reinforced labor stability and material equality of a person with disabilities, the research conducted is based on files and in-depth knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goal 16, in which the doctrine is developed as the jurisprudence that relates to the case, likewise, an in-depth analysis has been conducted on the rights that SDG 16 protects; In the results, through the technique of the fichaje, the subjects of preference of the student are observed. The purpose of this work is to show the contributions that law can make to the achievement of the SDG 16 goals.
