Abstract: Within the Curricular Integration Work, judgment No. 768-15-EP/20 will be analyzed, which will analyze the extraordinary action of protection invoked against some rulings, and appeal and cassation sentences, in which the plaintiff mentions that the Non reformatio in peius guarantee was violated, due to the fact that the sentence imposed on him was aggravated. The Constitutional Court, analyzing the actions taken by the National Court, will arrive at a response, where it will verify whether the Guarantee mentioned by the plaintiff was violated. In addition, within the analysis work that was carried out, the Sustainable Development Goals were also discussed along with their 2030 agenda, which were created by the United Nations Organization to provide a series of objectives and goals that seek to improve society. The objective that is related to the work is Objective No. 16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, seeking an improvement in judicial systems and the fight against corruption.
