Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The present project entitled Academic preferences of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences , investigated the preferred areas of legal interest in the Law degree, the study of the sentence and its relationship with SDG number 16. The general objective is to identify the areas of legal knowledge that capture the student's attention and their relevance to current social demands. The research was carried out in Loja, Ecuador. Methods were applied around the theoretical-deductive and socio-legal, such as systematic, exegetical, analysis and synthesis; using signing techniques, providing results that highlight that academic preferences are influenced by internal and external factors, as well as online resources provided by UTPL; and the analysis of the cassation appeal ruling on tax matters No. 09501-2019-00261 issued by the National Court of Justice. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a need to align educational preferences with the competencies required to address the SDGs effectively.
