Abstract

Abstract: Human rights generate the essential conditions for sustainable development, which are contemplated within international treaties and ratified in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. Likewise, they are contemplated by the Sustainable Development Goal. (SDG) No. 16 that seeks to promote a society of peace and social justice for all under no circumstances. type of distinction, to eradicate all forms of violence and the breaking of rights fundamental rights. The purpose of this research is to establish the academic preferences of the Law students and their connection with the SDGs through theoretical foundation and analysis of sentences within the framework of the Right to Due process in guaranteeing motivation, effective judicial protection and legal certainty. As well as Also, assess the skills learned by students in the subjects of preference, so that in this way we can contribute to solving the different legal conflicts. At the same time, encourage better practices of social co-responsibility of Graduates through case studies and their relationship with the SDGs.
