Abstract: The United Nations Organization, with the desire to seek better days for human beings and for future generations, due to the constant problems that afflict society worldwide, has seen the need to create an agenda for improvements, in a broad agenda that includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals that cover the economic, social and environmental sector, being axes that are expected to be met by all States, despite the fact that they are not mandatory but rather voluntary. , the present research work focuses on an analysis of the content and scope of Objective No. 16 SDG, as it is called the objective of peace, justice and solid institutions, with the aim at national and international level to avoid all types of abuses that put human rights are at risk, in the same way correcting errors, gradually eliminating all types of violence, acts of corruption, organized crime and in itself all types of actions or omissions that by their nature are harmful to society.
