Abstract

Abstract: In this research it is possible to identify academic preferences, in this sense, it has been possible to develop the analysis in relation to Civil Law, from which basic concepts such as the fact of determining oneself as a person and entailing rights are based. To do this, it has been necessary to start with the analysis of ruling No. 165-19-JP, which in its content advocates several rights that have been violated, such as the rights to identity, the right to access public good and services legal security and effective judicial protection, which tried to link them with SDG 16 which protects the rights to legal security and effective judicial protection, in addition to this, a review of the doctrine and the legal elements that compose it was carried out. the Ecuadorian state as well as the various international organizations and this has been important to be able to understand both the content of the ruling and to be able to carry out an objective study on the SDGs and their application in the national and international context, since this is important to know how much they have advanced and what is needed to achieve the realization of real sustainable development that has been sought for years through international commitments.
