| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this degree thesis titled: "Academic preferences of students in the Law career and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through of the study of sentences", is to identify the factors that influence the graduates of the degree in Law at UTPL in the development of their interests towards specific areas of the legal field and its future specialization in them; In the present case, the matter selected is Civil Law, interrelated with the sentence of the Extraordinary Action of Protection No. 956-15-EP/21, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and the ODS 16 called Peace, justice and solid institutions; already in the legal analysis of the same, Constitutional Court, evidenced violations of the rights to legal security, protection effective judicial system, due process in guarantees of defense and motivation, the right to property, the right to housing and a decent life and finally the right to equality, for which partially accepted this constitutional action in a manner consistent with SDG 16. |
| Description: | Resumen: El propósito de esta tesis de grado titulada: "Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes en la carrera de Derecho y su relación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias", es identificar los factores que influyen en los graduados de la carrera de Derecho de la UTPL en el desarrollo de sus intereses hacia áreas específicas del campo jurídico y su futura especialización en las mismas; en el presente caso, la materia seleccionada es el Derecho Civil, interrelacionada con la sentencia de la Acción Extraordinaria de Protección No. 956-15-EP/21, emitida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador y el ODS 16 denominado Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas; ya en el análisis jurídico del mismo, La Corte Constitucional, evidenció vulneraciones a los derechos a la seguridad jurídica, la tutela judicial efectiva, el debido proceso en las garantías de defensa y motivación, el derecho a la propiedad, el derecho a la vivienda y la vida digna y finalmente el derecho a la igualdad, por lo que aceptó parcialmente esta acción constitucional de forma coherente con el ODS 16. |
