Abstract

Abstract: This work called Academic preferences of students of the career of Law and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, seeks to determine the factors that influence the graduates of the UTPL Law Degree in specific areas of legal science and its future specialization. To establish the connection between Constitutional Law and SDG 16, it is used a theoretical-deductive methodology focused on doctrinal and legal review. He signing and the study of the sentence were the techniques used. In this sense, the rights violated in the study sentence and linked to SDG 16 are access to justice, legal security and effective judicial protection, which are significantly related to one another with others. According to Constitutional Law, there are deficiencies in compliance with the SDG 16 by the first and second instance justice bodies considered in the sentence, specifically in the subjective approach of the principle of legality, impartiality and independence, as well as obstacles to accessing justice.
