Caracterización de las Competencias del Educadora Infantil Ecuatoriano

Abstract

Abstract: The profile of an Early Childhood Education teacher includes a compendium of skills resulting from adequate academic training with a respectful attitude, observant and active who guides and accompanies the personal and intellectual development of children taking into account their diversity and individual conditions (Jinde, 2023) The main objective of this degree work lies in the importance of recognizing and enhance the main competencies of the early childhood educator. The methodology applied to this study was supported by qualitative and quantitative design, since which allowed a prior bibliographical investigation and subsequent data collection through the application of a survey, which was carried out in a public school in the parish of Píntag, south west of Quito; applied to 10 teachers of initial 1 and 2 and first Basic Education degree. The research was exploratory in nature, since the objective was analyze various competencies and their application in the classroom. These skills and competencies allow teachers to use various methodologies and thus provide their students with comprehensive and meaningful learning.
