Uso de los bienes patrimoniales con fines turísticos en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Loja – Sector Suroccidente

Abstract

The city of Loja, enjoys a variety of tourist and cultural attractions as well as customs, traditions and gastronomy; due to the lack of support, the strengthening and preservation of the local identity is being lost and leaving aside the opportunity of the beneficiary of the economic income generated by tourism and the improvement of the quality of life.

The patrimonial assets exist in the area of investigation of the incalculable historical values, at the moment they are used for other purposes like the commerce, the these suffer deteriorations by the care and timely maintenance of the owners and the organisms that have the responsibility for preserving cultural heritage through the enactment of public politics.

The proposed descriptions will allow to rescue the cultural traditions and to recover the patrimonial assets to promote the local tourism, to promote the entrepreneurship, the general sources of work and the tourists attract of the whole world with the purpose of stimulate the economy of the city and province; As well as creating a culture of awareness to care of the heritage legacy.
