Metodología para aplicar las teorías del aprendizaje en el proceso de enseñanza en el subnivel de básica elemental y media en la Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Domingo Celi del cantón Paltas

Abstract

The research concerning the methodology to apply the theories of learning in the teaching - learning process of the elementary and middle elementary teachers of the "Domingo Celi" Educational Unit of the canton of Paltas, aimed to "design a methodological proposal Which incorporates the theoretical principles of learning centered on the student's role in the construction of knowledge as the central axis of the training process." The work was carried out with the entire population of 11 teachers using the synthetic analytical method and deductive inductive and for the collection of the information were used as techniques, the survey, the signing and the bibliographic review, the analysis of the results made it possible to design a strategy for Strengthen teaching-learning processes that encourage the active learning of students. Coming to the conclusion prevails that the trend and cognitivist strategies practiced more by teachers. Therefore it is recommended to sensitize teachers of Educational Community through workshops on the new challenges of education.
