Abstract: The present work has the purpose of giving the possible solution to new constructive technologies that are applied in other countries and that could be reproduced in our environment, the system that will be analyzed will have the purpose to solve the assembly and assembly of structural prefabricated in situ, having as To reduce the cost of labor and that the inhabitants with a proper training can develop it. The analysis of the "Constructive System UMA" was proposed, using a qualitative methodology, which will analyze the functional, technical, economic and social aspects that will determine if the application of the system in the proposed site is probable.
