Estudio socio-jurídico de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional. El caso ecuatoriano

Abstract

In the present work of titulatión aims at determining the socio-juridical study of the lawyers in free professional practice in the Ecuadorian state for which it was proceeded to carry out the survey of the information by means of a survey applied to professionals of the right duly certified, with this information was sought the information necessary to elaborate the theoretical framework of the investigation having as a result that the lawyers within the professional practice maintain a myriad of expectations both professionally and laborally, in this sense many of them carry out their activity independently and another group combines the profession with another one as the teaching, in addition it was verified that the lawyer within his field of action is participant of a series of activities that involve his profession in diverse fields, especially the social, being the defender of the human causes and fairness of people and watch over a sun mediation in a litigation. This research is qualitative and quantitative to obtain the results through the survey and the interview.
