| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: This work is a priority determines the overall 5-year survival obtained with the different range of therapeutic options that were used in patients with invasive breast cancer according to the clinical stage. A retrospective study, consisting of 43 medical records of patients with histopathologic diagnosis of invasive breast cancer that completed treatment in "SOLCA" Loja during January 2008 to June 2009 was performed. Results: survival at 5 years was in patients with Clinical Stage 1: 100%; Clinical stage II: 95.8%; Clinical Stage III: 54.5% and stage IV Clinical survival was 0.0%. p. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene como prioridad determinar la supervivencia global a 5 años obtenida con la diferente gama de opciones terapéuticas que se utilizaron en las pacientes con cáncer invasivo de mama según el estadio clínico. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo retrospectivo, conformado por 43 historias clínicas de pacientes con diagnostico histopatológico de cáncer invasivo de mama que concluyeron su tratamiento en “SOLCA” Loja durante enero 2008 a junio 2009. Resultados: la supervivencia a 5 años fue de los pacientes con Estadio Clínico I: 100%; Estadio Clínico II: 95,8%; Estadio Clínico III: 54,5% y Estadio Clínico IV la supervivencia fue del 0,0%. p=0.001. |
