Evaluación del sistema constructivo SANCOCHO, para su implantación en el barrio Tierras Coloradas

Abstract

Abstract: This study has the purpose of giving knowledge about the feasibility of applying new constructive technologies, mainly designed for the social housing, through self-construction. Of the different technologies applied to social housing, the study of the SANCOCHO system is chosen, through a qualitative analysis, which helps us to determine if it is feasible or not, the application of the this in the city of Loja, either in the functional, technological and economic field. With the respective technical specifications, and the construction of a housing section based on the study system, the necessary knowledge is obtained, in order to shape the SANCOCHO system architecturally, into the design of a prototype housing.
