Diagnóstico de la comunicación interna en la unidad educativa Manuel José Jaramillo de la parroquia casanga, periodo 2015

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to contribute with information related to internal communication, which will strengthen the work of the teaching staff and authorities who serve in the Educational Unit "Manuel José Jaramillo", Casanga Parish, Canton Paltas, Province of Loja. The main objective of this research work is to make a diagnosis about the state of the internal communication between teachers and the authorities, in order to analyze the elements, tools and impact of the communication that takes to the internal of that institution. The diagnosis of internal communication allows us to know the institution's successes, risks and weaknesses. It was carried out using the deductive method of collecting and analyzing quantitative data, using instruments such as surveys, interviews and participant observation that were applied to teachers and managers. The research detected a deficiency in the interrelation between teachers and authorities, but it is emphasized the predisposition that they have to work towards the objectives of the institution. Finally the work includes conclusions and recommendations that will lead to an effective and effective communication.
