Metodología para aplicar las teorías del aprendizaje en el proceso de enseñanza en el subnivel de la básica superior en la Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Domingo Celi de la ciudad de Catacocha

Abstract

The present research work on the methodology to apply theories of learning in the teaching process in the sub-level of the Higher Basic in the Educational Unit "Domingo Celi" of the city of Catacocha ", had as general objective" to design a methodological proposal that incorporates the theoretical principles of learning centered on the protagonist of the student in the construction of knowledge as the central axis of the formative process "; the research population was of 13 teachers where the mixed research was used, using the technique of the survey and the methods analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive. The analysis of the results showed that, in the activities carried out by teachers to generate learning in students, the tendency related to the cognitive approach prevails, since in the didactic planning they emphasize the organization and the structuring of the skills and incorporate activities for the development of the thought, in front of it is recommended that the vice-rector develop and execute training programs directed to the teachers, so that they incorporate the principles of constructivist pedagogy in their pedagogical practice.
