| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: The objective of this project is to analyze the profile of the university entrepreneurship of the students of the Catholic University of Cuenca and of the University of Cuenca, in order to know the necessary competencies that an entrepreneur requires to be successful in the business world, analyzing if the actions that the university institutions are developing to foment and support the entrepreneurship are sufficient motivating the entrepreneurial development of its students, based on this research propose improvements in the current strategies that are applied to strengthen the entrepreneurship in the universities of the country. The objective also includes promoting new strategies and mechanisms that higher education institutions could adopt for the most effective development for their students in the field of entrepreneurship. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar el perfil del emprendedor universitario de los estudiantes de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca y de la Universidad de Cuenca, con la finalidad de conocer las competencias necesarias que requiere un emprendedor para ser exitoso en el mundo empresarial, analizando si las acciones que vienen desarrollando las instituciones universitarias para fomentar y apoyar el emprendimiento son suficientes, motivando el desarrollo emprendedor de sus estudiantes, para basado en esta investigación proponer mejoras en las estrategias actuales que se aplican para fomentar y fortalecer el emprendimiento en las universidades del país. También el objetivo incluye impulsar nuevas estrategias y mecanismos que las instituciones de educación superior podrían adoptar para el desarrollo más efectivo para sus estudiantes en el ámbito del emprendimiento. |
