La vulneración de derechos constitucionales de las personas amparadas al Tratado MERCOSUR y, al Acuerdo sobre el Estatuto Migratorio celebrado entre Ecuador y Venezuela.

Abstract

The research focuses on the violation of the constitutional rights of persons covered by the MERCOSUR Treaty and the Agreement on the Status of Migrants concluded between Ecuador and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela have migrated to Ecuador. In order to carry out the respective analysis, it was studied the supremacy of the Constitution, the attribution of the Constitutional Court on the defense and control of the same, it was observed that this control is similar among the member countries of MERCOSUR. The study shows how the migratory flow affects Ecuadorian society, and the effects it has generated, the possible causes that increase the legal migration flow as illegal. Also the study I approach from the perspective of the migration of Ecuadorian nationals to other countries, and whether the Ecuadorian State has provided through its embassies protection to Ecuadorian citizens in the countries of destination. Through the survey, analysis of the agreements and regulations allowed to approach the object of the study to determine if the rights of migrants and immigrants are respected by the Ecuadorian State
