Gestión pedagógica en el aula y su incidencia en el clima social escolar de la Unidad Educativa Víctor Gerardo Aguilar, parroquia San Sebastián, cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay, periodo lectivo 2016-201.

Abstract

The present project "Pedagogical Management in the classroom and its impact on the school social climate of the Educational Unit Víctor Gerardo Aguilar, located in the parish of San Sebastián, Cuenca, province of Azuay during the academic year 2016-2017", aims to determine the management that the teachers do in the classroom and how it influences the school's social climate, conceived by the students' perception of their school context, as well as the teachers in their working environment. For this purpose a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical methodology was designed, a random sample of 309 students and 58 teachers were taken, to whom the questionnaires were applied to describe the pedagogical management of the teacher and to analyze the school social climate. The information obtained from surveys and observations indicates that there is a relationship between the Pedagogical Management that the teacher carries out in the classroom and the development of a positive Social Climate within the educational unit.
