Análisis jurídico de los derechos de movilidad humana otorgados en el Ecuador.

Abstract

In the present investigation the historical analysis of the rights of migrants in Ecuador was carried out as of 2008, in which this community happens to be part of the groups of priority attention, and the initiative of the State to create the means necessary for the return of migrants. Through the descriptive analysis of the results obtained it was sought to establish the parameters that determine the laws, policies and institutions related to human mobility, yielding important data that indicate that the Organic Law of Human Mobility Has a positive impact on citizenship, that the migrant community does not have access to the plans designed by the Ecuadorian State, and the lack of concern in its social and economic reintegration. For this purpose, surveys were conducted aimed at the migrant community voluntarily returned to Ecuador, and surveys aimed at obtaining information on the adequacy of the current regulations on human mobility, and to know the policies, plans and benefits granted to the migrant community returned to Ecuador .
