Abstract

Given the transcendency that the human rights have nowadays all over the world, performs vital importance that the whole world has knowledge of them. The principal aim of the present investigation is based in investigating the level of efficiency that has the application of the fundamental rights of the persons deprived of freedom, therefore, there is included everything relating to the rights that possess this group of persons. We know that the persons deprived of freedom are catalogued as group of priority attention, since to be in a condition of major vulnerability are more inclined to suffer violations to his rights, to his integrity and to his life. What is claimed is to demonstrate what along the whole investigation has been known, the violation of the rights towards this group of persons is evident in an alarming scale. In any center of rehabilitation of the world atrocities are committed towards the persons who are inside, and lamentably the state power does not have an effective action opposite to this problem.
